磁场影响GOD催化活性的初步探讨

摘要 本文成功地研制了PVC葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)柱,用流动装置和I电极探讨了磁场对GOD活性的影响:密闭条件下磁化,GOD活性有所降低,敞开条件下则活性有所增强,并对其结果进行了初步探讨. In this paper,a GOD column of PVC has been developed successfully.Under the influnce of Magnetic field,the activity of GOD has been investigated by the flowing installation and the iodide-ISE. The magnetic field makes the activity of GOD reduce under air-tight condition,but It makes its activity strengthen under open condi-tion,and the experimental results are also discussed primarily.
