摘要 本文采用单色X射线透射平板照相法,测定了PAN基炭纤维高温热处理后其内部石墨微晶的取向度,讨论了高温热处理条件对取向度的影响,以及取向度与抗拉模量的关系。结果表明:热处理温度越高,取向度愈小,抗拉模量愈高;升温速加快时,取向度增大。说明微晶的择优取向过程需要一定的时间。 The orientation degree of graphite crystallite in PAN-based carbon fiberheat-treated by high temperature was determinated by using monochromatic X-raytransmission plate photograph. The influences of high temperature heat treatment condi-tion on orientation degree and its relation to tension modulus have been discussed. Theorientation degree becomes less and the tension modulus becomes higher with increasingfinal heat treatment temperature, the orientation degree increases slightly with thespeed up of the rate of the rising temperature. It presents that process of graphite crys-tallite preferred orientation requires some time.
