基态非简并的共聚物的掺杂机制

Doping Mechanism for Polymers with Nondegenerated Ground State

摘要 根据共聚物掺杂后电导及光学性质的改变,提出了基态非简并的共聚物的掺杂机制;沿链是极化子和双极化子态,而链间是由于双极化子的跳跃;较好地解释了有关实验事实. On the basis of the changes of conductivities and optical properties forpolymers after doping,the doping mechanism for polymers with nondegenerated groundstate is presented.Carriers are polarons and bipolarons along the polymer chains,and theconductance could be realized through bipolaron hopping between chains.The exper-mental facts could be explained by this model satisfactorily.
