四一八队１９９２年下半年组建地勘院，实行单独核算，自负盈亏，定额上交，突破了计划经济体制下的地勘业运作方式，提高了职工闯市场、求效益的积极性，２年来上交大队２７２万元，为地勘业的改革建立了雏形。

Brigade established in the second half of 1992 the Institute of Geology and Exploration,which practises policies of independant accounting system, sole responsibility for the profit or loss and handing in the predefined quota of fees in its subordinate organizatons.In such a way the Institute has broken the original operation models of geology and exploration under the planning economic system and raised the staff’s activity to get into the market to search better economic effect. In recent two years it has turned over 2.72 million yuan(RMB) to the Brigade and created an embryonic shape for the reform of geology and exploration..
