提出了湘江氮肥厂精甲醇氧化值偏低的问题，并介绍了改造合成塔、精馏塔及严格控制工艺指标等改进办法。
A resolution proposal of reforming the synthesis and fractionating towers and strictly controlling Techical index as for the low oxidization value of fine methanol in Xiangjiang Nitrogen Plant has been put forward.
