摘要
对在同一环境条件下正季栽培的135个水稻各类型品种(组合)进行的稻米品质性状分析研究结果表明:(1)碾米品质、外观品质与蒸煮品质存在明显的品种(组合)间种性差异;(2)粳稻品种与籼稻品种、早稻品种与晚稻品种、杂交稻与常规稻间的稻米品质性状均存在较大的差异.并对早稻与杂交稻的稻米品质改良进行了讨论.
Various characteristics of
rice quality of various varieties grown in the same en-vironment of normal seasons are analysed,
which gives the results as follows:(1) Various characteristics of processing and appearince and
cooking quality of the varieties (combinations)are different.(2)The rice quality of different varieties
such as Japonica and Indica,early and late,hybride rice and normal rice is different.
Also,improvement of the rice quality of early rice and hybrid rice is discussed.
