摘要
大麦基因型和供体植株的生长环境条件对花药培养有很大影响,对于愈伤组织和胚状体的产量、花药反应数量、分化再生体的数量以及绿色幼苗与白化幼苗的比率,基因型之间、供体植株生长环境条件之间均有显著差异,基因型与环境之间还存在显著互作,品种间的差异与其原种植地的环境条件之间的关系不密切.愈伤组织和胚状体的产量与分化形成的绿 苗数没有密切关系.
Barley anther culture results are strongly·affected by the genotype
and donor plant growth conditions. For calli/embryoid production,responding anthers , number
of regenerants,and ratio of green to albino plantlets, there were significant differences between
genotypes, and donor palnt growth environments. There was also a strong interaction between
genotype and environ-ment. which did not sustain the hypothesis that variation among
varieties would be associated with environmental conditions which they are commercially
grown. There was no close relationship be-tween calli/ embryoid production and green
regenerants.
