鲜切花的衰老过程与水分代谢、呼吸代谢、细胞内含物降解及内源激素变化等生理生化因素密切相关．常用的鲜切花保鲜技术．除了物理的和化学的方法外，生物工程技术的应用已受到高度的重视．
