摘要
对遗传工程稻1号进行了播期、播量、秧龄、密度及施氮量的五水平正交旋转组合设计试验,建立了平均每公顷产9000kg以上的综合农艺数学模型及其优化方案557套,其95%置信度的秧田播种量为150~160.5kg/hm2,秧龄为39.4~40.8d,播种期为4月21日至23日,每公顷栽25.35~27万穴,本田每公顷施氮113.85~122.1kg.此方案经1994年8个示范点验证,每公顷产量为8886~9202.5kg,比对照增产6.9%~18.1%,证明此方案可行.
For high-yielding cultivation of GER-1 ,five critical
cultural factors were cho-sen to establish an optimal program with quintuple-variate quadrate
orthogonal-gyrating re-gression design in Anhui during 1993 to 1994. The results obtained are
follows :The grain output pre area of 557 selected plans is over 9 000 kg/hm2. To confidence
limit at 95%level of selected plans, sowing seed quantity, seedling age, sowing time,
transplant density and amount of N-fertilizer applied are respectively l50~160.5kg/hm2,39.4~
40.8days,12~23 April,253 500 ~ 270 000 bunch/hm2 and 113.85~122.1kg/hm2. Production
experiment prove that,by used of the optimal program,the practical grain output of GER-1 are 8
886 ~9202.5kg/hm2 which is 6.9%to 18.1%higher than that of CK.
