摘要
利用有限元法建立了齿轮啮合刚度计算的数学模型,并分析计算了薄轮辐齿轮传动的啮合刚度,获得了轮辐厚度及轮缘厚度与啮合刚度之间的关系曲线,为薄轮辐齿轮传动动态响应计算、动态结构优化及设计制造奠定了一定的基础.
A mathe matical
model of gear meshing stiffness calculation has been estab-lished with finite element
method(FEM).The meshing stiffness of thin spoke gear transmis-sion was analysed and
calculated.The relation between meshing stiffness and spoke and rimthickness was obtained.The
foundation of dynamic behavior calculating of thin spoke geartransmission,dynamic structure
optimazation,design and manufacture were established.
