体外结扎小白鼠精索对睾丸组织学的影响

Influence of Ligate Spermatic Cord Out of Skin on Spermatagenesis of Mouse

应用体外结扎精索的方法，使小白鼠睾丸组织缺血、缺氧，并对其结扎后的睾丸进行组织切片观察，结果表明，由此造成的组织细胞缺血、缺氧对小白鼠睾丸的生精机能有明显的影响．主要表现在曲精小管中各级生精细胞退变，数量减少，排列松散、管壁变薄（细胞层次减少），管腔变大。管腔中有变性细胞和多核巨细胞，失去了特定的细胞组合图象，尤以连续结扎３次的睾丸曲精小管的上述变化更为明显。

By ligating spermatic cord out of skin to make lacking of blood and also of oxygen in the testes tissues of white mice in short time,the spermatagenesis was affected significantly,It was shown that the number of epithelium cells of seminifeous tubules decreased.Their epithelia cells became flattened,sparse,irregularly arranged and lost the specific cellular combination,The lumina showned obvious enlargement and were filled with a lot of degenerated cells and large polykaryocytes. It was found that the seminiferous tubules changed much obviously by religated.
