摘要
在所研制的固体催化剂TA-4和MA-4催化剂作用下,β─蒎烯可以高选择地异构成月桂烯。推断月桂烯通过吸附形成基式过渡态而降低反应活化能,促进生成月桂烯,在450℃,通过优化催化反应的操作条件,在扩大试验中β─蒎烯的转化率均可达98%以上,产物中月桂烯的含量可达83%。
pinene can be isomerized to myrcene by the selected solid catalysts TA-4 and MA-4, It was proposed that the formatiom of radical transition statc through the adsorption of β-pinene can decrease the activation energy and improve the formation of myrcene. By the optimum catalytic operational condition at 450℃ ,the conversion of β-pinene in the scale-up reaction was always over 98%, the content of myrcene in the product could reach 83%.
