根据１９８６～１９９３年国家教委科技司编的全国高等学校科技统计资料汇编，对湖南省高等学校（含部属院校）１９８６年以来的科技投入与产出状况进行了统计和分析．
According to the Sci-Tech Statistical Data in 1986￣1993 of the National Colleges and Universities that edited by the State Education Commission, we discussd the statistics and analysis for sci-tech input-output of Hunan Province's Universities in 1986￣1993.
