摘要
２１例银屑病患者及１０例正常人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞集落形成单位（ＴＬ－ＣＦＵ）及白细胞介素２受体（ＩＬ－２Ｒ）表达检测结果显示，银屑病患者ＴＬ－ＣＦＵ数及ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达均低于正常人（Ｐ均＜０．０１），且进行期低于静止期（Ｐ＜０．０１，Ｐ＜０．０１）。寻常型与脓疤型比较均无明显差异（Ｐ均＞０．０５）。ＩＬ－２Ｒ表达与ＴＬ－ＣＦＵ数呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。表明银屑病患者细胞免疫功能低下。

interleukin 2 receptor(IL-2R)weredetermined in 21 cases of patients with psoriasis and 10
cases of normal controls.The resultsshowed that the number of TL-CFU and the expression of
IL-2R were significantly lower inpatients with psoriasis than that in healthy
controls(P<0.01,P<0.01).So was the activestage group in comparison with the resting stage
group(P<0. 01,P<0.01),but there wasno difference between psoriasis vulgaris and psoriasis
pastulosa(P>0.05),the expression ofIL-2R was positively correlated to the number of
TL-CFU(P<0.01).These findingssuggested that the dysfunction of cellular immunity seen in
patients with psoriasis tookplace at the level of T lymphocyte pregeniter.
