摘要
以聚乙烯亚胺为阳离子探针,标记缺铁性贫血患者红细胞表面阴离子位点,透射电镜观察,图象分析仪定量分析。发现患者红细胞阴离子位点密度较正常人者为少,反应减弱,平均灰度伍明显变低。神经氨酸酶处理后阴离子位点少于相应对照组。提示缺铁性贫血患者红细胞表面阴离子位点减少与红细胞的早衰有关。
he alterations of anionic
sites on erythrocyte surface in iron deficiency anemia(IDA)were observed by using a cationic
probe一polyethyleneimine(PEI)with electron microscopeand image analysis. The results
showed that the area and grey scale of the anionic sites atthe erythrocyte surface in IDA were
less than that of the normal erythrocytes,And thequantity of anionic sites decreased in control
sample dealt with neuraminidase. This researchindicated that the reduction of the anionic sites
in IDA has obvious correlation with the ageof erythrocytes.
