摘要
介绍一种经济而有效的超薄切片染色工具──封闭式染色盒。此盒的特点是隔绝空气使之不与染液接触，故可防止尘埃尤其铅的污染。本文详述了该染色盒的制作及染色方法。电镜工作者均可望得益于此种简易的染色盒。
This paper introduced an inexpensive and effective means of staining for
ultrathin sec-tion-an airtight staining container, The device is an airtight unit that prevents air
fromcontacting with the staining fluid;therefore, any contamination such as dust and
especiallylead(Pb) can be prevented. The construction of the container and the staining method
weredescribed in detail. It is considered that the airtight container and staining method are
effec-tive and easy to use.
