摘要
对自１９９２年５月～１９９３年１２月在我室接受体外授精、胚胎移植（ＩＶＦ－ＥＴ）的１３例患者行尿道膀胱穿刺取卵术。所有患者均因卵巢位五过高，经阴道穿刺困难而改用经尿道膀胱穿刺取卵的方法。穿刺共计１６个周期，卵泡５２个，回收卵子３１个，获卵率为５９．６％，受精率９０．３％，临床妊娠２例（１２．５％）。除２例病人术后有少量血尿外，无其他并发症发生。
From May 1992 to Dec,1993,
perurethral-transvesical ultrasound-guided oocytepickup was applied to 13 cases(16 cycles in
all)who were difficult to get oocyte by transvagi-nal method because of the high position of their
ovaries,By this method,a total of 52 folli-cles was collected and the rate of oocyte recovery was
59.6%,The fertilization rate was90.3%,Two clinical pregnancies were achieved(12.5%).Transient
hematuria occurred onlyin two cases but not in the others.
