牙周病活动期诊断指标的探讨 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE DIAGNOSTIC STANDARDS OF THE ACTIVE PERIOD OF THE PERIODONTAL DISEASES

摘要 通过对45例牙周病活动期及静止期临床症状及微生物的检测,发现牙周病活动期临床表现为牙龈肿痛、出血、患牙松动度增加。龈下菌斑中螺旋体的检出率明显高于静止期,并与龈沟出血指数(SBI)呈正相关。提示牙周病活动期的诊断依据宜包括临床表现和微生物检测;较客观的诊断指标是螺旋体的检出率和SBI。 he sick teeth during active period of the periodontal diseases and their opposite teethduring silent period(no symptoms) were examined clinically and rnicrologically in 45 pa-tients,It was found that patients with sick teeth during active period of the periodontal dis-ease had swollen and aching gingivae,bleeding with touch,the teeth with increased mobili-ty. The microbial detection showed that the detectable rate of spirochetes in subgingivalplaques of the diseased teeth during the active period was obviously higher than their oppo-site teeth and that it was directly correlated with SBI.The report suggests that the diagnos-tic standards of the active period of the periodontal diseases should include the subgingivalmicrobial detection and clinical symptoms, among which SBI and the detectable rate of spiro-chetes are more objective criteria.
