摘要
观察了氧自由基在体外对Balb/c小鼠脾细胞产生IL-2的影响,并就其影响机制进行了初步研究。结果发现,10-3mol/L的过氧化氢抑制小鼠脾细胞IL-2的产生,而10-7~10-4mol/LH2O2以及黄嘌呤氧化酶系统(黄嘌呤氧化酶10-1U/ml,次黄嘌呤5×10-5mol/L)产生的超氧阴离子对小鼠脾细胞产生IL-2具促进作用。其作用机制可能是通过影响细胞内cAMP的浓度从而影响淋巴细胞的活化。
Exposing splenocytes of Balb/c mice to 10-7~10-4mol/L H2O2 for
1hour resulted inmarkedly increasing production of IL-2 induced by ConA,while the exposure
lasted 3 hours,the improving effects disappeared;IL-2 produced from these cells was
suppressed by 10-3mol/L H2O2. A possible mechanism that H2O2 regulated IL-2 production
from murine spleno-cytes may be mediated through a cAMP pathway. In given conditions an
generating sys-tem(xanthine oxidase plus hypoxanthine) enhanced IL-2 production from murine
spleno-Cytes.
