摘要
以孵化17k的鸡卵为实验对象,采用羊膜腔注射的方法,向鸡卵分别注入不同剂量(30ul、40ul、50ul、60ul)的四氯化碳(CCl4)。继续孵化24h后,取出胎肝进行超微结构观察和形态计量学分析。结果显示,各剂量染毒组的胎肝细胞内脂质小体、内质网和线粒体均出现明显的病理性改变,60ul组肝细胞则出现不同程度的肿胀、崩解现象;脂质小体和线粒体的平均截面积及体密度均较对照组有明显改变。
ive groups of chick embryos (five for each group) incubated for 17 days were
used forthis study. One dose (30ul) of NaCl and four doses (30ul , 40ul , 50ul , 60ul) of CCL4
wereinjected into the amniotic cavity of embryos in one contrast group and four
experimentalgroups respectively. The livers of all embryos were taken out twentyfour hours
after injec-tion. The ultrastructural changes were observed and the cell morphometric method
was usedin some pathological changes. The results showed that the ultrastructural
pathologicalchanges of fat droplets, endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria were evident and
thepathological changes induced by CCI. occurred in both mean profile area (A) and
volumedensity (Vv) of fat droplets and mitochondria. Sone necrotic cells wrer present in
60ulgroup.
