摘要
用硫代巴比妥酸（ＴＢＡ）试验通过测定ＴＢＡ，活性物质（ＴＢＡＲＳ）的浓度，研究了一氧化氮（ＮＯ）对大鼠肝细胞微粒体脂质过氧化的影响。发现ＴＢＡＲＳ的浓度随ＮＯ浓度的增加（从０．０４５～０．２７ｍＭ）而减小，随温育时间的延长而增加，且含ＮＯ组ＴＢＡＲＳ值均低于无ＮＯ组。结果表明，ＮＯ对多不饱和脂肪醚的脂质过氧化有抑制作用。
The effects of
nitric oxide( NO)on lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsomes werestudied using the
thiobarbituric acid(TBA) test.Lipid peroxidation was determined as thio-barbituric acid-reacting
substances(TBARS).The resuIts showed that(1)The concentration of TBARS decreased when the
concentration of nitric oxide increased from 0. 045 to0.27mM;(2)it increased when the
incubation time increased and(3) the value without NOis lower than the value with NO.All those
results indicate that nitric oxide can inhibit theprogression of polyunsaturated fatty
peroxidation.
