摘要
采用近红外光乳腺扫描仪检查800例乳腺疾病患者。在病检确诊为乳癌的30例患者中均做了B超检查,24例同时行X线相靶照片及穿刺细胞学检查。结果表明:近红外光扫描对乳腺癌的诊断正确率为90%,高于X线(75%)及B超(83%),对乳腺良性疾病的诊断正确率亦明显高于X线相靶照片及B超检查。近红外光扫描技术简易、可靠而无创,系一种早期诊断轧腺良、恶性疾病的有效手段。
mong 800 patients with breast diseases
examined by infra-red light scanner, 30 pa-tients who were proved later as breast cancers by
surgery and pathology ,were also examinedby B-ultrasound. In these 30 cases , 24 were
examinged by X-ray mammography and needlebiopsy at the same time. It showed that the
correct diagnosis rate of infra-red light scan was90% ;superior to that of Xray (75 % )and
B-ultrasound(83 % ) ,and its correct diagnosis ratefor benign breast diseases was significantly
superior to that of X-ray and B-ultrasoundtoo. Therefore ,it is concluded that the infrared light
scan is a simple,reliable ,efficient andharmless means for early diagnosis of malignant and
benign breast diseases.
