摘要
对我省１９９１年９个市县４０１００人进行高血压调查。结果发现高血压者３２８６人，总患病率８．２１％，标化患病率７．７８％；男女间患病率无明显差异；城市居民患病率明显高于乡村农民（Ｐ＜０．０５）。女性单纯收缩期高血压患病率为１．９５％，比单纯舒张期高血压患病率高；男性与上相反。６０岁以后老年男、女均以单纯收缩期高血压为多。
A survey on hypertension in nine counties and cities were carried
out in Hunan provincein 1991.Out of 40,100 persons,3,286 had hypertension.The incidence
was8.21%, Thestandardized incidence was 7.78%。There was no diffrence between male and
female. Morepeople who lived in cities had hypertension than those in the rural areas(P<0.01).
The in-cidense of isolated systolic hypertension in female was 1.95%,which is higher than
isolateddiastolic hypertensin,whereas the result was opposite in male, Both male and female
gotmore isolated sytolic hypertension after the age of sixty.
