摘要
以１２５Ⅰ－胰岛素作特异配基，用受体放射分析法研究大鼠年龄及何首乌对大鼠肝细胞胰岛素受体的影响。结果表明：大鼠肝细胞具有高亲和力低容量和低亲和力高容量两种受体。老年鼠结合容量显著下降，但亲和力无变化；何首乌对此受体的两个参数皆无显著影响。
Using 125Ⅰ-insulin,
receptorradioassay,the influence of rat age and PMT on receptorsof hepatocytes insulin was
studied by receptor radioassay.The results showed that the hepa-tocytes have two types of
insulin receptor:one is high affinity,low capacity receptor and theother low affinigy,high
capacity receptor.The binding capacity for old rats decreased obvi-ously,but there was no
change in affinity.The PMT had no influence on both receptor pa-rameters.
