摘要
以脑组织MDA,GSH含量和GSH-px,SOD活性及超微结构变化为依据,探讨中药当归、川芎的主要活性成分阿魏酸钠(SF)对犬心脏停跳复苏后脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果表明,与常规治疗组比较,SF治疗组MDA含量明显下降,GSH含量和GSH-px,SOD活性增高,脑组织超微结构损伤程度明显减轻。提示SF可减轻犬心脏停跳复苏后脑缺血再灌注损伤。

GSH-px and SOD together withthe ultrastructural changes in cerebral tissue were analysed to
evaluate the protective effectsof sodium ferulate(SF)on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury
following cardiac arrest andresuscitation in dogs.SF group showed:①a significant reduction in
MDA and②an increasein GSH,GSH-px,SOD and③a significant mitigation in cerebral
ultrastructural injury incomparision with SIC(standard intensive care)groups;It was considered
that SF could miti-gate cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury following cardiac arrest and
resuscitation in dogs.
