摘要
检测２０例中老年糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）病人血清载脂蛋白及血脂的变化。结果显示：ＤＮ病人的ＨＤＬ，ＡｐｏＡ１，ＡｐｏＡ２和ＡｐｏＡ１／ＡｐｏＢ１００值明显降低，而ＴＧ，ＴＣ，ＡｐｏＢ１００和ＡｐｏＣ２增高；糖尿病无肾病（ＤＭ）患者的ＡｐｏＡ１和ＡｐｏＡ１／ＡｐｏＢ１００值下降，而ＴＧ，ＴＣ无明显改变。提示糖尿病肾病存在严重的脂代谢紊乱，以ＡｐｏＡ１，ＡｐｏＡ１／ＡｐｏＢ１００值的降低最为明显。故考虑该二值可作为糖尿病肾病有参考价值的预测指标。
The profile of serum
apolipoprotein and lipids was studied in 20 patients with nonin-sulin-dependent diabetics
complicated nephropathy(DN Group).Compared with the con-trols,serum concentrations of
ApoA1,ApoA2,HDL and rate of APA1/ApoB100 were signifi-cantly decreased,the levels of
ApoB100, ApoC2,total cholesterol(TC)and trigly-cerides(TG)were significantly increased in DN
Group.ApoA1, ApoA1,ApoA1/ApoB100 were de-creased significantly in noninsulin-dependent
diabetes mellitus(DM Group),but the levelsof TG,TC not changed.The results indicate that the
changes of serum apolipoprotein aremore sensitive than those of TC and TG. It is suggested
that the ApoA1 level and the rate ofApoA1/ApoB100 may be the valuable indexes to predict
diabetic nephropathy.
