EGF受体特异的酪氨酸激酶抑制剂对早期鼠胚体外发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 将表皮生长因子(EGF)受体特异的酪氨酸激酶抑制剂与2-细胞鼠胚联合体外培养24,48和60h。结果显示:受抑制剂作用的胚胎,55.2%发育不超过个细胞期,仅1.5%的胚胎能发育形成胚泡,表明抑制剂能显著影响4-细胞和桑椹胚的进一步发育。提示EGF受体在早期鼠胚发育过程中具有增殖和分化双重性作用。 yphostin RG50864,an inhibitor of EGF receptor-specific protein tyrosine kinase,was co-cultured with 2-cell mouse embryos to examine its effects on early embryo development invirto,The data showed that in inhibitor group,the development of embryos was significantlydelayed following cultured 24,48 and 60 hours,there were 55.2%of embryos whichcouldn’t further develop over 4-cell stage and only 1.5%of embryos(1/67)developed intoblastocyst stage. The result indicates that the inhibitor can block further development of 4-cell embryos and morula,and that EGF receptor plays an important role in proliferation anddiffereciation during development of early embyro of mouse.
