摘要
对６１例斑秃患者和２０例正常献血员进行了外周血淋巴细胞微核的测定。结果表明：斑秃患者淋巴细胞微核细胞率、微核率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；多微核率也高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。据此推测，引起斑秃发生的某些因素可能导致微核的形成。
Lymphocyte micronuclei of peripheral blood were
measured in 6 1 patients with alopeciaareata and 20 normal blood donators. The results
showed that the lymphocyte micronuclearcell rate and the micronuclear rate in the patients with
alopecia areata were significantlyhigher than that in the control group(P<0.01 ),and so is the
polymicronuclear rate in thepatients with alopecia areata(P<0. 05 ).It is conjectured that some
factors resulting inalopecia areata may induce the formation of micronuclei.
