舒肝愈肾汤治疗肾病综合征32例临床观察

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATING 32 CASES OF NEPHROTIC SYNDROME THROUGH CURING LIVER

强调对肾病综合征的治疗在益肝补肾，健脾宣肺诸法同时，疏畅肝气，使肝气调条，自拟舒肝愈肾汤治疗肾病综合征３２例。治疗后患者血清白蛋白水平回升，胆固醇水平下降，尿蛋白定量减低，具有肾功能损害者肾功能检测指标接近正常。提示本方治疗肾病综合征的机理可能是调节免疫功能，减少尿蛋白丢失，改善高凝状态，增加肾小球滤过率。因而本方可作为治疗肾病综合征的基本组方。

Based on treating nephrotic syndrome with replenishing liver and ton ifyingkidney,strengthening spleen and ventilating lung to sooth the liver qi,the author treated 32cases of the diseasewith SHUGANYUSHEN decoction made by himself to relieve the de-pressed liver qi.After treatment,the patient′s seralbumin arised,cholesterin lowered,thequantity of urinary protein redued and the indexes of renal function tests reached nearly nor-mal among the patients suffered from renal function injury.The result suggested that themechanism treating the syndrome with the decoction may be to regulate immune function,re-duce the lost of urinary protein,improve strong concentration of urine and increaseglomeruler fiitration rate(GFR).Therefor,it can be taken as a basic formula to treatnephrotic syndrome
