摘要
用自拟中药归附汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症３０例，治愈２８例，有效２例。治疗后随访６～１２个月无１例复发。提出可根据症状，体征将腰椎间盘突出症的腰腿痛分为１０级，作为判断病情和疗效的主要指标。其治疗宜通经、化瘀散寒为主。
Authors treated 30 cases of ptolapse of lumbar intervertibral disc,in which 28 cases were cured,2 cases enective and none was recurred in following 6一12months.They suggested that lumbadynia of the disease can be divided into 10 grades to bemain indxes for judgement of the disease state and crative effect,and the disease should betreated with clearing channels,removing blood stasis and expelling cold.
