《内经》黄疸证治研究

STUDY ON DIFFERENTIATLON AND TREATMENT OF JAUNDICE IN’HUANGDI NEIJENG’

以《内经》黄疸理论为根本，古考古今名家对《内经》黄疸分类与治法的论述，着重对《内经》有关黄疸的证治理论进行研究，结合临床实际，辩证为在邪发黄、脾风发黄、胃热发黄、脾湿发黄、肾热发黄、心热发黄等七类，并补充治则方剂，意在闲发《内经》原旨，指导临床对黄疸的辩证与治疗。

The author studied the theory of the syndrome and treatment about jaun- dice in’Huangdi Neijing’basied on the jaundice theory of’Huangdi Neijing’and consultedthe exposition of classification and therapy about jaundice in’Neijing’disccussed by ancientand modern famous doctors. Combined the clinic,the jaundice was classified into seven kids:exertenal pathogenic factor jaundice,spleen wind jaundice,stomach heat jaundice,spleendampness jaundice,kidney heat jaundice,heart lieat jaundice, epidemic jaundice and so on.And then,the author supplemented therapeutic methods and medicines to direct the clinicaldifferentiation and therapy for jaundice.
