摘要
通过用化痰、消瘀、补虚三种不同的方法治疗冠心病，观察治疗前后有关生化指标的改变，发现三种不同的治法分别具有显著的改善脂质代谢、保护血管内皮细胞和抗自由基损伤作用，揭示了化痰、消瘀、补虚三法的不同作用机制。
The author treated the coronary heart disease with resolving phlegm,re-moving blood stasis and tonifying therapeutic methods and observed the biochemical criterionchanges before and after the treatment,and discovered that the three kinds of the therapeuticmethods have respectively the remarkable actions of improving lipide metabolism ,protectingvascular endothelial cell and resisting free radical injury.The results shOwed that there aredifferent action meclianism in those therapeutic methods.
