苇茎五虎颗粒剂止咳、平喘、解热作用的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ON WEIJIN WUHU GRANULE FOR STOPPING COUGH,RELIEVING ASTHMA AND REMOVING FEVER

通过动物实验研究，发现苇茎五虎颗粒剂对氨水及猪毛刺激所致动物的咳嗽具有明显的抑制作用；能明显延长药物喷雾所致豚鼠喘息发作的潜伏期，并促进离体豚鼠气管扩张；对菌苗所致家兔体温升高具有明显的解热作用。实验结果提示：苇茎五虎颗粒剂具有良好的止咳、平喘、解热功效。

In the animal experiment,Weijin Wuhu Granule has actions to inhibit theanimals cough stimulated by ammonia water and pig hair, to prolong obviously latent periodof quinea pig ashtma attack caused by spraying drug liquid,to promote the quinea pig tracheaenlarged in vitro,and to relieve the high tempreture of rabbits caused by the bacterin,The re-sult stiggested that the granule has the good actions of stopping cough,relieving asthma andremoving fever。
