大黄总蒽醌含量测定方法的研究

STUDY ON DETERMINATION MATHOD OF TOTAL ANTHRAQUIN ONEOF RADIX ET RHIZOMA RHEI

用正文设计与简单比较法探讨了大黄总蒽醌的含量测定方法，得知以３ｍｌＮＨ＿２ＳＯ＿４１００℃水解２０ｍｉｎ，水解物用ＣＨＣＬ＿３连续回流，１％乙酸镁甲醇液显色，于５１０ｎｍ处以试剂空白调０，测定吸收度最大。其重现性好（ＣＶ＝１．０５％），回收率高（１００．７％），干扰小，特异性强。

The author studied the determination way for the total anthraquinone con-tent of Radix et Rliizoma Rhei with orthogonal design and simple comparison method.Theresult seggested that when 1NH2 SO4/3ml hydrolyzed in 100℃,20 min,then the hydrolyte was reflowed continuously in CHCI3, colored with 1%acetic Mg,and at the 510nm levelregulated with a reagent,the determined absorbance was the most with good reappearance(CV=1. 05%),liigh rate of recovery(100.7%),less interference and strong specificity.
