黄连及其复方对人鼻咽癌细胞杀伤动力学研究

STUDY ON DYNAMICS OF RHIZOMA COPTIDIS AND ITS COMPLEX TO KILL HUMAN NASOPHARYNGEAL CARCINOMA CELL

报道黄连及其复方对人鼻咽癌细胞（ＨＮＥ＿１）的杀伤作用。黄连单用时作用最明显，半抑制浓度为１：７２９，具有浓度依赖性特点。与其它药配伍时，其作用稍减弱，半抑制浓度为１：２４９，兼浓度依赖性和时间依赖性两个特点。而去黄连的复方对ＨＮＥ＿１只有较弱的杀伤作用。半抑制浓度为１：２７，具有时间依赖性特点。

This paper reported the action of Rhizoma Coptidis and its copmlex to killthe human nasopharyngeal cell(HNE1).Using Rhizoma Copidis only,the action is the mostobvious and the hemi-inhibitory concentration is 1:729,which means the action is dependenton the concentration. When the herb is combined with other medicines together,its action isreduced and the hemi-inhibitory concentration is 1:249,which implys the action is depen-dent on both concentration and time. When the herb is out of the complex,the complex is alittle effect to kill HNE1 and the hemi-inhibitory concentration is only 1:27,which suggeststhe action depends on the time.
