螺杆压缩机密封线解析与通用算法

摘要 在分析螺杆压缩机泄漏通道与泄漏机理的基础上,导出了泄漏量公式;解析了密封线作用和影响;讨论了求解齿面密封线方程与长度的算法;提出了对应点序列法与递推公式来求齿面密封线长度。以JB与SRM两种齿形为例,用对应点序列法及配套的通用程序,计算了密封线长度和泄漏量等特性曲线。 Based on an analysis of the leakage passage and the mechanism for a screw conpressor,aleakage formula is derived. The function and performance of the sealing line are describedand the calculation of the length as well as the solution for the equation of the interlobe seal-ing line are studied.A method for calculating the interlobe sealing line with ordered corre-sponding points and a recurrence formula are proposed.With types JB and SRM profiles asexamples,the curves of the sealing line length and the amount of leakage are calculated.
