直翅片管换热器传热和阻力特性的模拟试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过模拟试验的方法,对直翅片管换热器的传热、阻力特性进行了模拟试验研究,得出了在相应几何条件下管外对流换热系数及摩擦系数的准则方程,并与热管换热器综合性能试验台上直翅片热管余热锅炉所测得的数据相比较。结果表明,在模拟条件下试验得到的准则方程是可靠的。 simulative experimental investigation was conductedfor the characteristics of heat transfer and flow resistanceof finned tube type heat exchangers through simulativeexperiments,and the criterion eauations of convection cur-rent heat exchangc coefficients and flow resistance coeffi-cients outside tubes under the corresponding geometry con-dition were derived,and a comparison was made with thedata measured with the finned tube type waste heat boileron bedstand of comprehensive performance of heat tubeheat exchangers. The res ults showed that the criterion e-quation derived in simulative expekiments was reliable.
