摘要
本文通过对女子肥胖的产生原因及危害的分析,并在实验中对中、青年女性进行四项指标测试和七项主观内容的调查,经前后比较研究,阐明了健美操运动是积极有效的减肥方法.
This article analyses the reason why women get corpulent and the harm that corpulence can do to them. After comparing and studying,it expends the opinion that aerobic exercise is an effective way of reducing weight. This opinion is based on the experiment of uftesting a group of young and mid -aged bemale on four norms and the investigation of their seven subjective contents.
