摘要
用热力学分析方法对改良MDEA脱碳过程的理论能耗、理论功耗和实际过程 损耗作了分析,探索了降低过程不可逆性的途径,并提出了节能降耗措施。
Thermodynamic analysis is carried out on the improved methyldiethanolamine process of removing carbon dioxide. Theoretical energy requirement, work requirement and available energy loss of the process were analysed detailed. The research pathway about to reduce the irreversibility of process is carried out, and measurements of energy saving are provided furtherly.
