本文介绍了实现地震综合效应场计算的程序流程和数据流程，程序中数据的形成、所需参数的选取方法，程序运行的软、硬件环境。为便于地震综合效应场方法的推广应用，本文还给出了程序使用的简单说明。

This paper introduces the program process and data process of the computing of the seismic comprehensive effect field,the data formation in the program,parameter selection method, soft and hardware environment of program run.In order to be convenient for the appliation of the method of seismic comprehensive effect field,this paper gives a brief explanation for the program operation.
