摘要
分析了吊臂零件,论述了专门用于吊臂槽口加工的微控铣床总体设计方案和微控机床工作原理,给出了祥细的单片机微控系统原理图和自动循环铣槽软件流程图。采用本机床加工可大幅度降低工人劳动强度,有效地提高加工生产率。
The boom is analyzed, the overall design project of microcomputer control millerfor special wolking of boom notches and principle of operation of microcomputer control millerare discussed, and the detailed schematic circuit of single chip microcomputer control system andthe software block diagram for the milling notches with automatic circulating are proposed.Working adopting this machine tool may more induces labour intensity and can efficiently in creases the working productivity.
