500MW机组刮板给煤机轴承损坏的分析与改进

摘要 捷制500MW机组REDLED链式刮板给煤机在投产运行中驱动轴及轴承多次损坏,本文根据平时运行中所统计的数据及对原设备结构、原理、工作性能进行分析后发现,其结构不合理,密封方法不严密。设备经过改进,机组运行状况有了明显改观,节材效益显著。 The driven shafts and bearings of the REDLED chain type raw-coal scraper feeder assembled for Czechoslovakia made 500MW generating unit are broken in several times, when the unit is put into operation. The operating data, structure of the feed systems design theory and performance of the feeder are analyzed, it is found that the structure of the feed system is not reasonalble and its sealing is not tight. The operating condition of the unit is improved obviously after the feeder is improved, the material save is significant, and the desired effects are achieved.
