摘要
九江石化厂１＃锅炉过热器减温喷水量长期偏大，本文结合现场测试数据以及该炉运行实际状况，参考该炉原设计计算书，分析其原因，进而提出可行的改进方案。
The superheater of boiler No. 1 in Jiujing Petrochemical Plant has overheated and the feedwater of the desuperheat has exceeded the allowable level for a long time. On the basis of the experimental data as Well as the original calculation data of the boiler, this paper gives an analysis to these problems. According to the running practice the measures are presented so as to improve economics and reliability of the boiler.
