摘要
对中储式钢球磨煤机制粉系统,提出了按磨负荷、出口温度、入口负压顺序分级、预测的模糊控制模型,并分析了该模型的解耦特性。本文还讨论了磨负荷、出口温度给定值的自修正及空、满磨报警等问题。按本文所述算法设计的模糊控制器,经现场试验,获得了满意的结果,从而为设计开发球磨机控制器提供了一种新的、可行的实用方法。
A fuzzy control model of grading-prediction for middle-storage ball coal-milling system is proposed according to the series of mill load, exit temperature and entrance negative pressure,and the decoupling property of the model is analyzed.The problems of setting value self-tunning of mill load and exit temperature and alarming of empty and full mill are also discussed. The fuzzy controller is deVeloped by the algorithm presented and satisfactory results are obtained. The algorithm will provides a new and feasible method for developing ban mill controller.
