摘要
介绍一种周期增量圆弧数控插补方法，该方法能够自动实现跨象限圆弧加工，能够一次加工整圆。圆弧最大插补半径为８０米，插补精度为半个脉冲当量，插补速度在１０ｍｍ／ｍｉｎ到１０ｍ／ｍｉｎ范围内可实时自动调整。
A kind of circular interpolation method on periodic increment is introduced. The Whole circle can be automatically processed at a the. The maxium interpolation radius is 80m and the interpolation error is smaller than 0.5 pulse. The feed speed is automatically adjustable on line from 10mm/min to 10m/min.
