机械压力机的冲裁振动与油液减振器的动态响应 被引量:2

摘要 详细分析了油液减振器工作原理与特性及机械压力机的振动特性,在此基础上,给出了计算机械压力机冲裁振动过程中油液减振器动态响应的方法,建立了模拟机械压力机冲裁振动的力学模型,并编制了相应的计算机程序,针对J36-800B型压力机,作者利用上述方法设计了油液减振器并进行了缓冲效果实测。结果表明,用本文所提出的方法求得的缓冲力曲线与实测结果较为吻合,且具有显著的缓冲、减振效果,同时,本文的结果可为进一步改进压力机设计提供参考。 I n this paper the authors analyse the working principle and features of the hydraulic dam per as well as the oscillation characteristics of t he mechanical press,on the basis of which a method is presented to work out the dynamic re-sponse of the hydraulic damper in the course of the blanking oscillation of the me-chanical press and a mechanic model is established which simulates the blank ing os-cillation of the mechanical press.T he authors have written a corresponding com-puter program. Taking J36-800B press as an example, the authors give a design of hyd raulic dam per by the above method and have made a buffer effect test.The buffer force curve got from the method in this paper agrees well with the t est re-sults T he designed hydraulic dam per has good buffer effect.The results of the paper can provide reference for im proving the design of mechanical presses.
