摘要
本文对刚性有机粒子AS增韧改性的PVC/CPE及PVC/EVA-G-VC共混物进行了研究,实验结果表明,填加少量的刚性聚合物不仅可使PVC韧性体的冲击强度有较大提高,而且可使材料拉伸弹性模量有一定程度的回升。证明它具有非弹性体增韧高聚物的规律和特征。本文从原料及共混工艺等方面探讨了各因素对三元共混物力学性能的影响。
In this paper,PVC/CPE and PVC/EVA-G-VC blends were studied by fiiling Rigkl Organic Filiers(ROF).The results showed that a small amount of rigid polymer not only increased impact strength of PV C blends obviously,but also improved tensile modulus of those blends effectively,and had characteristics of non-elastomer toughened polymers. The effects of materled and processing condi-tions on mechanicai propertics of ternary bicnds were discussing.
