硅铝炭黑/高密度聚乙烯体系的力学性能

摘要 用透射电镜和X-射线衍射法对硅铝炭黑(SAC)的形态结构作了研究。通过正交试验考察SAC的粒度、配比、表面活性等因素对硅铝炭,黑(SAC)/高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)体系力学性能的影响规律,结果表明,SAC的晶体结构性质较差,是一种无规则粒子,其中存在α-SiO2双六角晶形,具有一定的表面活性,对补强作用有利,用320目的SAC,按HDPE质量的25%配比所得板材试样的力学性能有明显提高。 The morphological structure of silicon aluminium carbons(SAC)was studied by transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The law of ef- fect of such factors as graininess,compounding and surface activity on mechnical properties of SAC/HDPE system was studied by orthogonal experiment.The re-sults show that the structure properties of SAC is lower.It is a collection of irregu- iar particles.In SAC exists a -SiO2 structure,which has a certain surface activity and it has strengthening action. The mechanical properties of test sample of sheet materials made with SAC of 320 bores and by 25% of HDPE mass was obviously improved.
