摘要
本文运用X-射线衍射仪、透射电镜等测试手段和电化学分析方法,对新型奥氏体型铁基合金的时效强化机理进行了探讨,结果表明:该合金时效态组织是由奥氏体基体和弥散分布的合金碳化物、金属间化合物所组成,其强化方式是以析出强化为主的复合型强化,M6C和Laves相为主要高温强化相。
The strengthening mechanism of new Austenitic iron- based alloy has been investigated by means of X-ray diffractometer,transmission electron micro- cope(TEM),image anaiyzer and anaiysis of elecotrochemistry. The testing results revealed that the aging micrortructure of this alloy consits of Austenitic base,dis- persed carbites and intermediate phases and that the way of strengthening is com- plex-hardening,in which precipitation-strengthening is the first of all. The results also showed that its main strengthening phases at elevated temperature are Laves phase and M6C.
