摘要 本文研究了用计算机预报埋弧焊焊缝化学成分的计算方法.在热力学.动力学和电化学的基础上,建立了自焊丝端部到焊缝全过程的焊接冶金学数学模型.编制了TurboC程序。由计算得出的化学成分与实测值相近. Computered calculation of weld metal composition in submerged arc welding has been studied. The mathematical model of welding metallurgy about the whole course from wire tip to weld bead has ben set up, based on the principle of thermodynamics,kinetics and electrochemistry,and its Turbo C program has been given. The calculated weld medal composition are similar to the experimentalvalue.
